The final round of the 2009 National Series takes place on 4th October 2009 start time 11.00am. With lots still to play for and many drivers not played there jokers it promises to be an action packed day at the Yorkshire venue.

Going into the final round there is a tie for the lead with Jonathan Goodacre and Nora racer Dick Batty neck and neck but in the chasing pack includes Jody Foster the current British Champion, Mark Whittaker the English Open Champion and Ben Harding the current graded points leader. This meeting is also the final round of the Northern Championship with it been very close between Ian Yarwood Junior and Thomas Yarwood for the championship and both drivers will be racing at there home tracks to claim the championship alongside the Nora Racing regulars including Dick Batty, Amelia Batty and Gary Osborne.

The meeting on Sunday will start at 11.00am prompt with the track opening from 8.00am and Open Practise from 9.00am. There will also be refreshments and a hot chilli all day and a cash raffle will be held on the day for club funds.
