The 2009 running of the 1/8th Stock Car English Championship is to be held at the Nora Raceway in Keighley start time 11.00am.
This championship will be contested this year by some of the countries best drivers and the defending champion is 390 Scott Grocock who will be going all out to defend his title, trying to snatch his title will be 391 Jody Foster Number 1 Ranked driver in the UK, 46 Simon Farrer a top driver from the Midlands and the local drivers been headed by 64 Dick Batty with 34 Thomas Yarwood and 111 Ian Yarwood Junior all in contention for the title with there local track knowledge and there form round Nora this year. It should be a cracking days racing.
We are grateful to Brisca Formula 2 driver Darren Clarke who drives number 571 who is bringing his car to put on display, many thanks to him. There will be a raffle on the day with soft drinks available.
