The 3rd round of the winter series was held at Notts + Derby in cold but dry conditions on the day but the track was wet after rain on the days leading up to the meeting, 19 drivers contested the meeting held in good spirit with some fast racing.

Round 1

The track still drying out slowly round one was conrtested with top laps in the round going to 391 Jody Foster and 33 Roy Watson both getting 42 Laps with 471 Ben Harding 1 lap behind with 41 and a trio of drivers getting 40 laps who were 217 Mark Whittaker, 390 Scott Grocock and 64 Dick Batty with the remaining cars in the meeting separated only by a few laps

Round 2

Jody got the highest laps in this round with 44 with Roy getting another 42 with 214 Ian Yarwood Junior on 41 Laps and Leicesters Steve Kinton 213 with 40 Laps again like round 1 fierecely competitive scores from all drivers.

Round 3

217 Mark Whittaker with the most laps in this round with 47 Laps with Jody on 46 with a gap to Ben Harding on 42.

Rouind 4

Final round of qualifying started with it all to play for and top laps were shared with Jody Foster and Ben Harding with 48 Laps with Mark Whittaker doing a 47 with Roy Watson and 390 Scott Grocock completing 45 Laps then Steve Kinton and 139 Phil Chadbourne with a quick 43.

Jody Foster 391 and 217 Mark Whittaker were both seeded straight through to the final as the top 2 qualifiers.

Semi Finals

With the top 2 places assured the next 12 drivers were split into 2 semi finals with the top 2 from each qualifying making a 6 car final. The four drivers making it through were Ben Harding with 48 Laps, then Scott Grocock with 43 Laps, Roy Watson with 33 and final qualifier was 57 Jonathan Goodacre with 39 Laps

Final

The final was a fantastic race with lots of close racing all the way through but the results are below:
1st - Ben Harding - 61 Laps
2nd - Jody Foster - 60 Laps
3rd - Mark Whittaker - 59 Laps
4th - Roy Watson - 57 Laps
5th - Scott Grocock - 56 Laps
6th - Jonathan Goodacre - 51 Laps
