The Ivan Mitchell Charity Meeting was held at the Adur Raceway with formulas racing on the circuit as well as the Oval.

A very cold day greeted the drivers when they arrived but the weather remained dry all day but it remained cold all day.

Here are the reports from the 8th Stock Cars and 8th Hot Rods

Stock Cars

Unfortunately only 3 cars in attendance the meeting was slightly down on numbers due to a clashing meeting been held in Leicester but the three drivers putting on an excellent show with Gary Gamlin 328 taking all the heats and the final, Gary Osborne racing for the first time at Adur doing well until the crank snapped in Heat 3 which put him out of the meeting and Andy Longley who was making a comeback at Stock Cars and did very well gaining 2nd in the feature final but kept close to the winner at certain stages of the final.

Hot Rods

Semi Final was set off and Gary Osborne was going really well until his exhaust popped off allowing Den Allen to take the victory with 59 Laps with Gary 2nd on 52 and Neil Fletcher 3rd with 22 Laps, sadly Andy Longley did't make the start.
